This is your standard chiropractic adjustment treatment. It usually lasts between 10-15 minutes and can be performed with a variety of adjustment techniques that can be discussed with your provider.

This treatment is typically designated for soft tissue treatment, mobility drills, and taping/bracing. It is most beneficial for tendon or muscle pain that is chronic or comes on with or after activity. These sessions usually last about 30 minutes. Please wear appropriate attire that allows for access to the area of complaint.

This is typically used for patient's who are working towards a performance goal, rehabilitating an injury, or are trying to identify compensation and improve overall load tolerance. These sessions are usually 45-60min. These sessions will involve physical exertion so please wear appropriate attire for a variety of movements.
